GENERAL INFORMATION --- Tanuki Yoga is no more in Tokyo...
Where?: Beyoga Studio, Hiroo, Tokyo, see map
When?: Friday evenings, 20.30 - 22.00 (please arrive 15-20 minutes before)

How much?:
first time: 2.000 Yen
Up to 10 people attending: 2.500 Y
> 10 people attending: 2.000 Yen
The class is all-levels Hatha yoga / vinyasa with some Yin Yoga combining asana, pranayama and meditation.
Beginners are welcome!!
Bring comfortable clothes.
Try not to eat 2-3 hours before the class.
We have mats and other yoga tools at the studio.
